About
The Akagi burned Kuroda Village in one night and left one son alive. Kenshin buries his family, takes his father's sword and begs the one-eyed swordsman Ryo to teach him to kill. Ryo agrees to one year of training on one condition: Kenshin does exactly as he says. But the Akagi shouted a name as they killed, Hisui Valley, and in the ashes of the lord's house Kenshin's childhood friend Ayame finds an order in his father's hand. The deeper Kenshin goes into the mountains, the more people he meets who were hunting the Kuroda first.
